Just a few quick points before we get started with your request:

Please give as much detail as possible when filling out the request form. Our number 1 goal is to meet your absolute expectations when it comes to matching your request perfectly, and we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied down to the last stitch!

If there is a specific deadline in which your order must be received by, please indicate below. Please allow at least 30 days between when the request is sent and this deadline to allow time for creation & shipping. Bigger requests, such as blankets or bulk orders will take longer to complete, so please take this into consideration when submitting your request as we may not be able to guarantee arrival by the deadline date depending on the size and circumstances.

All custom request orders are processed as a private listing through our Etsy page (theknottednail.etsy.com). Any communication regarding specific details, time frame for completion, pricing & shipping for your order will be discussed beforehand, and you will be notified once the listing is available for payment. (Please note- we will not be able to begin working on your order until payment on Etsy is completed)
